Physiotherapy Information
Please read the following important information if you wish to use the Physiotherapy service:
An initial consultation appointment lasts for 1 hour and each subsequent session lasts for 30 minutes.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you complete the registration form and bring a hard copy with you to your first appointment, along with valid ID (passport / drivers license or National ID Card) and your medical insurance card.
PAYMENT: If you have Dutch Medical Insurance and have sufficient cover in your package for physiotherapy treatment then we will claim the cost of treatment directly from your insurance company on your behalf, wherever possible. Treatments will be charged at the standard rate set by your Insurance Co. for physiotherapy treatments.
NB: If your Health Insurance Co. fails to pay or you have insufficient cover then you will be invoiced for all treatment costs (at the rate of €43.50 for an initial 1 hr consultation and €28.50 for subsequent 30 min treatments).
It is compulsory for you to provide us with your home address and the name and address of your huisarts (GP), plus the name of your insurance co. and your policy number when you fill in your registration form.
WHAT TO BRING: Please wear clothes suitable for exercise and allow time to change before your appointment. Towels will be provided where necessary.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE BRING YOUR MEDICAL INSURANCE CARD, REGISTRATION FORM AND ID (a valid passport / drivers' license or national ID card) ALONG WITH YOU TO YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel an appointment please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by updating your web booking.
If you make a cancellation less than 24 hours before your appointment time you will be required to pay the treatment cost in full.
