Terms and Conditions

Payments and Refunds: An initial deposit of €75 per person is required on application. If we cannot offer you a place we will refund this amount. If you cancel before Friday December 16th 2011 your deposit may be refunded, but only in the event that you find a suitable replacement. If you cancel after Friday December 16th 2011 all money already paid is non-refundable. The remaining holiday balance will be due before Friday December 14th 2011. Late payment will result in your reservation being cancelled. Any changes made to bookings after Friday December 16th 2011 will incur an administration fee (set by the tour operators). All payments to be transferred to bank account number 9469201 in the name of L J Griffith, ING Bank Amsterdam - using the reference SKI TRIP and YOUR NAME.

Insurance: All participants are obliged to fully insure themselves against accidents and illness due to the potentially high-risk nature of winter sports. Insurance cover is not included in the package offered. We recommend that you also make individual arrangements for cancellation insurance.

Baggage Allowance: There is a limit of one normal size bag/suitcase + 1 set of skis/snowboard (in bag) + 1 boot bag + 1 small item of hand baggage per person. Those bringing snowboards are asked to remove the bindings before the journey. Luggage that exceeds the allowance will not be loaded.

Bus Journey: Smoking is prohibited on the bus. It is not permitted to bring alcoholic drinks on board for the journey.

Liability: Cisco / Nuffield Health are not responsible for this event and the event is not insured by Cisco / Nuffield Health and as such to the fullest extent permitted by law, Cisco / Nuffield Health accept no liability for any damage, loss, injury or illness suffered by anyone participating in the event.
