Shiatsu involves the placing of pressure on key points of the body (using the thumbs, fingers and palms) with the aim of stimulating/maintaining general health. It can be used to relieve complaints such as headaches, back pain, insomnia, muscle pain, nerve pain and stress. Treatments last 1 hour and cost €40.

Foot Reflexology is the massage of reflex zones in the foot which directly correspond to zones of the energy in the internal organs, glands, nerves and other areas of the body. By massaging the foot zones, the extremities are rejuvenated, allowing energy to flow to the required organs. In this way a particular organ can be stimulated and relaxed. Treatments last either 30 mins (€25) or 40 mins (€40).

Hot Stone Massage has detoxifying and relaxing effects through the use of a combination of curing natural oils and warmth and pressure from special heated stones / manual massage. The hot stones are black basalt stones made from hardened lava. Through years of gradual erosion on riverbeds, they are smooth and rich in iron and magnesium. This allows for a slow release of the heat and a detoxifying effect. Further, the massage relaxes the body allowing for energy renewal. Treatments last 1 hour and cost €40.

Anti-Stress Massage is designed for people with a busy life/work schedule who need some 'time out' to increase energy levels and focus and to decrease tension associated with long hours at a desk. The neck, shoulder and back muscles are treated to release everyday tensions and to promote a feeling of well-being and relaxation. Treatments last either 30 mins (€25) or 40 mins (€40).

Deep Tissue Massage can be applied to the whole body or targeted on a particular muscle group.  It is supported by passive stretches to further maximize the effect of the session. Due to its deep work, releasing can be experienced on both physical and emotional levels, bringing forth deep relaxation and overall well-being. Treatments last 1 hour and cost €45
